For many organisations typically a large part of their workforce is often field based, instead of the typical office environment. Despite this distance, it is important that all your employees are motivated to work on a common goal and deliver exceptional customer service.
When the flow of information is restricted, organisations are often reactive rather than proactive. As such, you want to stay connected with your entire team to boost their morale and engagement levels. The higher these are, the better you will perform as a group.
By leveraging mobile technologies you can boost your field service team’s productivity and safety. Telemetry and workforce tracking capabilities allow supervisors to stay abreast of their team’s activities in the field team in real-time, while instant messaging, file sharing and associated apps can enable faster communication with other team members and head office, thus your team has greater freedom to keep track of client interactions and other job-related tasks.
