The Hytera DMR Tier III Trunking System

The Hytera DS-6211 DMR Tier III Trunking system comprises of a core controller, which utilises an IP-based system architecture and centralised networking to intelligently manage resource. High availability standby and multi-level fallback can be deployed to ensure high reliability. Hytera’s powerful DMR Applications, such as Hytera SmartOne and the Hytera DWS Dispatcher, alongside Hytera RD985s repeaters, complete the solution when paired with Hytera mobile or portable radios that offer Tier III functionality.

The base station for the Hytera DMR Tier III DS-6211 trunked radio system delivers the wireless communication in compliance with the DMR trunked radio standard. If connection to the associated system controller node is lost, the base station continues to ensure radio operation in its radio cell. This ensures radio subscribers registered at this base station can continue to communicate with one another (Fallback mode).

The Hytera DMR Tier 3 DS-6211 offers a modular structure for ease of operation and maintenance, easily adaptable for customer requirements and scalable to future-proof your investment.

Benefits of Hytera DMR Tier III Trunking

Trunking systems increase channel usage efficiencies by dynamically managing their allocation. DMR provides two communication pathways in one 12.5KHz channel. So combining the efficiencies of trunking technology with the advantages of DMR results in a highly efficient wide area solution.
Network management software, as well as the dispatcher and voice recorder systems ensure DMR Trunking is a comprehensive, professional solution, providing central management of the radio system and supporting remote maintenance.
Hytera DMR Trunking combines optimal radio coverage with intelligent redundancy design so the availability of the overall system is ensured even on the failure of individual components.
Hytera DMR Trunking combines optimal radio coverage with intelligent redundancy design so the availability of the overall system is ensured even on the failure of individual components.
Simple, incremental migration from analogue radio operation or conventional DMR to digital trunked radio from Hytera.
Voice services, data services, priority, late entry, call back, recording, PSTN call, ESN check, authentication, E2EE,stun, revive and kill, GPS, emergency alarm, etc.
Different gateways support the interconnection between DMR trunking and other systems, such as PSTN, analogue conventional, MPT, DMR conventional, etc.
Open API allows for further development based on different customer needs, such as billing systems, e-mail gateways, etc.
All devices are based on IP architecture to ensure flexible networking and system expansion.

Versatile Hytera DMR Tier III DMR Trunking Functions

Individual call, group call, call to everybody, broadcast call and emergency call PSTN/PABX call, semi-duplex call, full-duplex call Support of call priorities and emergency call Text and status message, GPS data, packet data transmission Supporting services like the late entry to an existing group call (Late Entry) or calling line identification presentation (CLIP) Calls can be monitored and recorded Call group tracking to fetch subscribers from another call into a group call with a higher priority Dynamic group number assignment (DGNA) to compile new groups by radio.

End-to-end encryption of voice and data Encryption with 40, 128 or 256 bits with the cryptographic systems AES and ARC4 Support of the DMRA procedure for the encryption transmission via the air interface Selecting and deselecting radio transceivers (enable/disable) Authentication.
