VoCoVo deployed to support customer service
officers at Lambeth Council.

Based in the heart of the community in south west London, Lambeth Council serves a population of over 320,000.
The Civic Centre is responsible for delivering the Councils vital services including housing and family support.

As a result of a public consultation, the customer service centre team needed to find a more discrete and
secure way to connect with each other, they reached out to Radiocoms to support their vision. Powered by VoCoVo, Lambeth
Council are now using the GO+ lightweight headset solution, enabling instant communication in real time across the contact
centre and upper floors.

The challenges:
