Utilising the Motorola Solutions Application partner, Zonith, we installed an Alarm Control System connected to showcase alarms within the Museum Galleries which gives real time notifications to security in the event of an emergency.
Kew Gardens is a botanical garden covering over 300 acres in southwest London. Being one of London’s top tourist attractions, welcoming over 1.35 million visitors the requirement for all staff across their vast landscape to be connective is imperative. Upgrading to a digital radio system in 2017 has opened up a plethora of user functionalities which has increased the sites efficiency and safety levels. The system comprises of a linked MOTOTRBO repeater radio system which gives 100% coverage across their required footprint. Every staff member is issued with a MOTORBO DP4801e GPS & lone worker enabled hand portable radio which tracks every location/movement through the Motorola Solutions Application TRBOnet Dispatch system.
Thomson Reuters News & Media had a requirement for a voice and data communications platform that could support their journalists out in the field. Radiocoms Systems recommended the stand alone London ConnectON DMR Tier III Hytera Radio System which has been designed for private and public commercial users. Providing instantaneous, secure, reliable and clear digital communications the London based network delivers user management and dedicated support specifically to meet the demands on an affordable airtime tariff basis.
Harrods is the world’s most famous department store based in London. Working with this iconic store since 2008 Radiocoms Systems Ltd have overseen the initial upgrade from analogue to digital in 2011 and most recently an upgrade to the next generation of MOTOTRBO hand portable radios in 2018. Utilising a MOTOTRBO Single site capacity plus system controlled through RF over fibre this intelligent voice and data radio system supports every team member working from the basement to the ground floor.
London Metropolitan University houses over 12000 students and 2,400 staff members. Originally supporting the campuses ageing analogue radio system they approached Radicoms’ to assist them with their digital two way radio system upgrade. It was imperative that they could locate all staff therefore they chose the GPS enable MOTOTRBO DP4401e hand portable two way radio. Due to the size of the campus a repeater lead platform was required to ensure the solution was powerful enough to cover the required coverage footprint.
DP World London Gateway is the UK’s most integrated logistics hub; a state-of-the-art deep-sea port and rail terminal on the same site as an expansive land bank for the flexible and fast development of logistics facilities and warehouses. An wide area MOTOTRBO LCP solution was recommended after a comprehensive survey was completed. The semi-automated facility rolled out the MOTOTRBO DP4601 two way radios and DM4601 fixed mobiles which are all controlled and monitored through the comprehensive TRBOnet Dispatcher solution which actively monitors the voice & data radio system.
