Safeguard with lone worker alarm.
When activated the prominent orange emergency button on the Motorola Solutions digital DP4000e DMR walkie talkies will send a request for help at the push of a button, using Transmit Interrupt to clear a channel when necessary.
Other safety features include a man down accelerometer to detect falls or impact, activating the radio even if the employee is unconscious or otherwise unable to signal for help themselves and a lone worker monitoring system that requires periodical check ins from the radio user.
