The Hytera PD605 digital two way radio offers sleek, innovative handsets for professional radio users. With a lightweight, crafted metal design, supporting both digital and analogue technology, the PD600 Series is a popular feature rich device.
The PD600 series was developed in compliance with the ETSI DMR standard.
Robust and lightweight
The PD605 from Hytera is only 27mm deep, making them particularly slim. The chassis is encased in a high-quality aluminium metal frame and with a weight of only 290g, this handset is easy to carry for long operations.
Longer battery life
With the 1500 mAh standard lithium-ion battery, the PD6 series handsets can achieve an operating time in digital mode of at least 16 hours. With the optionally available 2000-mAh battery, this could be up to 20 hours. The PD6 series can be operated in Pseudo-Trunk mode. This assignment of the available bandwidth with double the number of channels leads to a significant easing of the increasing shortage of frequencies in the operation of DMR mobile radio systems compared to analogue mobile radio systems.
The Hytera PD6 Series hand portable two way radios are ideal for both private and public sector organisations such as:
Basic Package includes:
1 x PD605 Hand portable radio, Standard UHF antenna, Li-Ion battery, Belt clip, Single charger (multi charger POD available) and 24 Month radio body warranty.
Raise an alarm with top priority to a base station or to other radios with the pre-programmed emergency mode, identifying the ID of the person issuing the alarm. Also receive emergency notifications.
The Lone Worker feature uses a timer in the radio to measure inactivity. If the timer expires, a warning is issued, and if there is no response to that, the alarm is triggered.
Using pseudo-trunking, a Hytera patented technology, slots can be shared to improve capacity usage with transmissions either direct to handset or to repeater.
Hytera XPT (Extended Pseudo Trunking) enables you to use limited spectrum resources more efficiently, dynamically assigning channel resource without needing a dedicated control channel.
Optional (PD605G only), enabling location based services to improve safety and control.
Optional (external adapter accessory), wireless connectivity to audio devices to improve user experience.
Send a priority transmission to interrupt other calls, ideal for important, critical messages.
Optional (PD605G only), this feature will let you know if the radio has been tilted past a certain angle. This may happen for instance if the radio user has fallen over or is unconscious or injured. The alarm will be triggered after a warning is issued to the user.
Through our Application Partners, Radiocoms Systems support a cost effective portfolio of software applications to further enhance your sites operational goals – lone worker, alarm handling and job ticketing streamline efficiency whilst aligning with operational procedures, assisting in industry compliance and ultimately creating a safer work environment.
