VOCOVO Headsets

VOCOVO Handsets
The VoCoVo wireless handset integrates with the VoCoVo social distancing range of products and brings a new flexibility to receiving messages and colleague communication. Colleagues can communicate instantly via handsets or headsets.
Like the VoCoVo headset, the handset relays messages generated at checkouts, and callpoints or from external sources. Audio callbacks are a button press away. The VoCoVo Handset displays, in priority order, the most recent calls active on the system, and is as useful for monitoring the status of your workplace as it is a communication tool.
In broadcast mode, the handset can be placed on a desk or worn hands free to monitor VoCoVo conference activity, with freedom at any time to press the Pushto Talk button and join a conference.
VOCOVO Call Points
Designed for use with the VoCoVO Connect Box, the VoCoVo social distancing wireless callpoint allows customers to request assistance at the location and time it is needed, with two-way communication directly to colleagues headsets or handsets.
VOCOVO Checkout KeyPads
To make sure your checkout colleagues feel safe and connected. The multi-segment push to talk function makes communication to store managers fast, reducing issues at the till and serving customer efficiently reducing queue times. Touching the call button immediately generates an audible message that is sent to support colleagues via their VoCoVo wireless device.
