Services – life cycle support of MOTOTRBO SL4010e 

Only devices that are under an active service agreement or within a valid warranty period will continue to be supported for the duration of their outstanding service contract. 

Following the product MOTOTRBO SL4010e cancellation, Motorola Solutions will make commercially reasonable efforts to support software critical bug fixes and hardware maintenance for a maximum duration of 5 years. This duration is not guaranteed and may change at no notice depending on demand and related component availability or whether, due to component compatibility, legacy products are unable to support latest software releases.

Following the 5 year period of commercially reasonable effort, software maintenance will no longer be available and repair will be limited to the availability of spare parts held within the Repair Centre.
