This September, The Emergency Services Show will open its doors at the NEC to Emergency Service teams from all over the UK.
On Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th September 2024 visitors will have access to expert advice, a broad spectrum of products & solutions, and an open forum to discuss any key issues they are facing as they look towards the future.
With the changing landscape of events our emergency services attend, it is imperative that personnel have reliable and robust communication equipment to effectively carry out their duties.
Having equipment that is not only practical but also enhances safety measures is essential. Emergency services often operate in challenging environments where clear and effective communication is essential for coordinating response efforts. Any impairment in voice, data, or functionality of their communication equipment can jeopardise the safety of both the emergency service personnel and those they are trying to assist.
Additionally, in case of emergencies or disasters, the communication system needs to be resilient and able to withstand any disruptions. This includes having backup plans, redundant systems, and reliable connectivity to ensure uninterrupted communication during critical situations. System resiliency is crucial as emergency services need to be able to rely on their equipment to function consistently, even in high-pressure scenarios.
At ESS 2024 Radiocoms will be exhibiting point to point, always on technology and demonstrating how it can make a real difference to your operational resiliency to create: connected teams, safe environments and support the development of your best practices and standards.
Simon Bingham, Radiocoms dedicated UK Fire and Rescue Service Account Manager, summarised, “The role of Radiocoms is to help deploy the right technology to support and create a connection between teams, while simultaneously supporting mobilisation of partnerships. Helping to overcome these technology barriers Radiocoms mission-critical point-to-point system connects and tracks every user, expands coverage areas, and increases situational awareness.”
We look forward to meeting you on Stand 5/D172.
