What is your role at Radiocoms?

As an Operations Administrator at Radiocoms, I wear a lot of hats. There’s really no such thing as a “typical” day for me. One moment, I might be diving into quality checks on sales orders, making sure everything’s spot-on, and the next, I’m turning around and ordering everything from crimp plugs to radios or a 17-meter mast.

My tasks also stretch across setting up laptops and phones for new team mates to organising travel arrangements – flights, car rentals, and hotel stays for our Field Engineers. With so much going on, every day brings something new, ensuring I never get bored.

What does a typical day at work look like for you?

What makes my job truly great are a few key things. First off, my colleagues are fantastic! They add so much to the workday, making it fun and collaborative. Then, there’s the fact that no two days are alike. I never quite know what’s coming next, which keeps things fresh and exciting. Lastly, there’s the constant learning. There’s always something new to pick up, whether it’s a skill or just a different way of tackling a problem.

What’s your ideal day off?

What’s my ideal day off? Honestly, it’s a mix. I love a slow day at home cooking something tasty, pouring a good glass of wine, and just switching off for a bit.

But I also really enjoy the buzz of getting people together, which is why helping organise the Urban Brunch UK events in London has been such a joy. It’s all about good music, good people & good vibes! Throw in great food & conversation, it creates those feel-good weekend moments we all need.
