Combilent RF Conditioning Products

RF Critical Communication Infrastructure

Danish-based Combilent has since 2004 revolutionized the RF hardware industry, with unbeatable performance through innovation. Radiocoms Systems Ltd is proud to be their UK & Ireland Distribution Partner.

Where most hardware manufacturers simply adapt generic products to function in a wide range of applications, with negative impact on performance, efficiency, heat dissipation & durability Combilent designs every product for optimal functionality in its specific role. That means Combilent products incorporate fewer components and function with higher performance, efficiency and reliability and significantly more cost effective.

With a proven track record in a wide range of emergency, rescue and combat scenarios, the world’s leading OEM RF integrators rely on solutions from Combilent, including Motorola Solutions, Airbus, Teltronic, Hytera, Harris and others.

In 2018 Combilent acquired the US-based TXRX. TXRX has since 1976 been the LMR market leader in the US, and a strategic supplier to industrial, state and federal markets. With rugged, reliable and quality products, and based on high product modularity and quality components, TXRX can offer an optimal solution for even the most complex frequency plans and the most challenging situations and environment conditions. Continuing to operate in the US under the TXRX brand, TXRX products are now available worldwide, as part of the Combilent Group.

Transmitter Combiners

RF combining systems allow multiple transmitters to share the same antenna, maximizing tower utilization, reducing tower loading and reducing interference risk. Designs may be for a simple antenna system or a multiple antenna system with challenging frequency plans.

Base 4-channel combiner with integrated antenna power monitor, 2 channel expansion available

  • Compact, 7RU form for space efficiency
  • High performance, low insertion loss
  • Integrated power monitor shows forward & reflected power, antenna VSWR, heat sink temperature & generates alarms on high VSWR and high temperature
  • Other bands in 380-512 MHz range on request (20 MHz tuning range)

CP02221, 450-470 MHz, Combiner with DPM

Filters / Duplexers

Combilent filters and duplexers are designed to operate in the most harsh, remote and extreme conditions. They are built with industrial grade components, and rigorously tested to ensure optimal functionality in any environment.

Monitoring

Combilent provides a range of monitors, all facilitating remote supervision of a wide range of critical performance parameters, and all available in VHF, UHF and 700/800/900 MHz bands.

Category

Description

  • The RX Antenna VSWR Monitor attaches between the RMC and the RX antenna.
  • VSWR of the receiver antenna is monitored periodically, with data accessed through
    Ethernet, web server and SNMP.
  • The RX signal runs through the RX Antenna VSWR Monitor. It has low insertion loss
    and maintains signal integrity.
