We are pleased to announce that Radiocoms Systems Limited (Radiocoms) has acquired the business of London Communications Plc. 
The new business combines two of the leading UK communications distributors and creates one of the largest independent two-way radio enterprises.
It will provide its customers with a broader range of products and applications to meet today’s business needs. The economies of scale and increase in resources will enable the company to provide significantly increased sales and engineering support country-wide.
Radiocoms supplies, installs, commissions and maintains both digital and analogue radio communication systems and as a company of over 30 years standing, provides services to a wide range of sectors including government, local government, defence, petro-chemicals, construction, airlines, hospitality, retail, emergency services, security and transport sectors.

Radiocoms has built on its expertise in providing national two-way radio sales, a hire service and complete radio systems, to add mobile data, vehicle tracking and emerging technologies in its portfolio. The addition of the business of London Communications adds one of the only city-wide communications systems in London as well as wide area systems in Manchester and Merseyside, a portfolio of aerial sites and a total hire fleet exceeding 12,000 hand portables.

The consolidation of the two businesses will be a gradual process, with no disruption to the provision of customer service and support.
